Die Monopolisierung der Social Networks wird nicht so schnell fortschreiten, dass in K\u00fcrze alle Profile in einem gemeinsamen Google-Facebook-XING-LinkedIn-Skype stecken werden. \u00dcber die internen Datenquellen habe ich im letzten Post genug gesagt. Da ist ohnehin Land unter.<br \/>\nAlso m\u00fcssen wir \u00fcber die D\u00f6rfer. Aber nicht manuell. An \u00f6ffentlichen Netzwerken gibt es bislang Facebook, Google und XING. LinkedIn kommt in K\u00fcrze hinzu. Als hosted CRMs sind Salesforce und SugarCRM im Angebot. Als Instant Messaging Verbindung steht wahlweise Sametime oder Lync zur Verf\u00fcgung. Microsofts Skype m\u00fcsste endlich mal wieder ein Java-API anbieten, dann ginge auch das. Fraglich, ob die das jemals wollen. Das i-T\u00fcpfelchen ist dann die CTI-Anbindung. So l\u00e4sst sich prima arbeiten.<br \/>\nDas holistic smart caf\u00e9 gibt es f\u00fcr Windows Clients und f\u00fcr Mac. An die Smartphones wollen wir in 2015 ran.<\/p>\n<p>P.S.
